<p>I support our growth&nbsp;by working as the liaison between <a href="https://integrated-partners.com/">Integrated Partners</a> and our custodial partners, managing the onboarding and transition processes for all advisors, professional partners and administrative personnel. I&rsquo;ve managed the transitions of numerous advisors, each with differing backgrounds and complexity to their practices and understand the nuances involved. I build custom transition plans for each advisor, giving them the right information at the right time. We progress in stages, allowing for a focus on the task at hand. We then concentrate on post-affiliation training and support to ensure advisors have the tools they need to leverage Integrated&rsquo;s comprehensive models and culture.
